To set up Exchange Online in Outlook for macOS: Set up Exchange Online in Outlook for macOS If you experience an error when adding your email address, try entering it as in the address field and in the username field. You may also be prompted to authenticate with Two-Step Login (Duo). In the IU Login dialog box that appears, sign in with your IU passphrase.
If you are prompted with options for Configure Manually or Sign In, choose Sign In. In the setup dialog box that appears, enter your name and IU email address as (not a campus email address), and then click Sign In. From the options on the right side of the "Internet Accounts" dialog box, choose Exchange.
